assessment of structural factors and environmental non-governmental organizations performance from member perspective: case of khuzestan province

this research has been done for aim assessing of structural factors and environmental non-governmental organizations performance is descriptive – surveying. statistical population is consisted of all members of environmental non- governmental organizations in khuzestan province(n=359) that using cochran formula, 90 members were chosen and examined through the proportional stratified random sampling method research validity confirmed by faculty members of university of tehran. its reliability was also measured by cronbach's alpha coefficient . research findings showed that all components including organizational structure, organizational culture, financial resources, organizational learning and leadership had significant positive correlation with organizational performance. results of regression analysis indicate that variables of organizational culture and financial resources explain 64/2 percent of variance in organizational performance.
